Today here in this article I will tell you about the top 10 LCD TV panel problem which we face many times while repairing work. 1. NO Display Problem:

No Display means no picture in LCD LED TV panel. This problem will get most of the time on the TV. If VGL voltage getting missing in the panel PCB or Panel scalar PCB. 2. White Display Problem:

DVDD, VDD, VLOGI, CV33V If all this voltage is missing inside your panel. White display problems come inside in your TV panel. I have also written a detailed article on it. Click here to read that article. TV Panel problem.

3. Half Display Problem:

This type of problem and fault caused by damage to the COF IC. There are have many numbers of COF IC with different functions and designs. If side COF will break or damage your TV will be up downside half. If the main COF getting damaged or broken then your TV will behalf the side. Click here to know more about Half Display Problem.

4. Panel Mapping Problem:

Firstly When you and your kids will do something whit TV remote and Unfortunately something wrong happen with your setting, That time will get this problem.

Secondly when you install New LCD LED Driver card on your TV and you do not connect LVDS cable properly, That time also gets this panel mapping problem. for more information click here.

5. Spot In Panel Problem:

There are two types of spots we get on every type of panel. These spots are the Black Spot and White Spot. 

Black spots strongly defect on picture quality and viewing experience. This problem comes for when a huge amount of dirt and dust gather in one place. Also If your panel pixel and dead or stuck, a black spot appears on the panel.

White spot means white dot on the panel. This problem also comes to appear on the panel for the same reason. Tap here to more about this topic TV panel problem.

6. Double Image Problem

This problem mostly get for panel T-con failure. The maximum time CKV voltage stuck in the panel T-con board for this type of voltage will face a double image problem on the LCD LED screen. For repair, this problem click here.

7. Blur Image

when panel pixel expose in trouble and shacking the pixel, Panel exposure reduce the image quality and video quality. Very less time we get this type of blur image get and appear on the LCD LED panel. If you get this problem and want to fix it click here.

8. Color Problem in Panel

If your LVDS cable and LVDS signal do not flow properly then you will get the color problem.  See the below table to know the color problem reason.

LVDS Signal Name	Problem Appear on the Panel
RX0+ & RX0-	RED COLOR
RX1+ & RX1-	GREEN COLOR
RX2+ & RX2-	BLUE COLOR
RX3+ & RX3-	GHOST IMAGE
CLK+ & CLK-	BLUE & WHITE

9. Black Lining In Panel

Lots of time out TV remain in ON position, For this situation COF IC getting heat and not work properly. And our COF IC going to in overheating position. 10. Panel Flicking Problem

Many time our backlight LED getting weak and take a huge amount of current. If any kind of backlight goes bad situation you will get a flicking problem. For detail, information click here. TV Panel problem.
