I have vise smart led tv . It is stuck on welcome screen. It happed before and the technician installed firmware.
The main board is cv358h a50. I have downloaded firmware .Bin files from many sites but shows system upgrade error.
File name : ctvupgrade.bin.
I think it works on samsung tv only.
I followed each and every step mentioned for several times but evey time same result.
What to do ???
